arunachalam: ii

arunachalam stands there
the silhouetted rock-elephant
absorbing the human ego
filling the human lungs
with air purest
all set to quench
the eternal human thirst
to know the ‘i’
beyond time
and space
training not to
control the thought
but allow it not
to touch you
and let its flow…

He rose
like an effulgent
column of fire
with no beginning
and no end
to burn the ego
into a handful of ashes
to
reap the rich
harvest of
‘i’
