As Cold As Ice Poem by Angelica Duardo

As Cold As Ice

I hear the ice cracking
Be careful not to fall
It’s the scariest sound in the world
And I’ve been hearing it all day long

But since you are as cold as ice
You might be able to survive
And live deep below the frozen sea
And crack the ice so others may be seen
And laugh at their love miseries
