So stretched Bacchus
Heavily asleep and overttok
By chiding Dawn:
She passed him and smiled
Continued on her way on the fast Earth
And Bacchus
Bacchus woke in the sun
That blazing in his eyes:
Blinded his eyes to waking
‘At last! ’ said the sun
‘At last! ’ Bacchus said.
