As Time Goes On

As time goes on and we get a little
older, we're not exactly feeling, fit
and trim. We may have some aches
and pains, but that's all according to
the shape we're in. If we take care of
ourselves when we're younger, chances
are, it will show. There are many people
walking around today whose age, we'll
never know. That's because they did
what was needed, not only for their
body, but also for their mind. They kept
up a daily routine, the best one could
find. So when you reach that certain age,
it doesn't have to be a threat. Get out
there with the best of them. Then work
yourself, into a sweat!
