As You Like It Poem by Vijay Sai R

As You Like It

Flashes of lightning
When you smile
Thunder showers
When you weep
Halogen lamps
When you look
Bed of roses
When you walk
Sweet lullabies
When you speak
Cradle sleep
When you sing
Water bed
When you sit
Swinging roller coaster
When you dance
Gulab Jamuns
When you eat
Ice bergs
When you drink
Everything lauded
All in superlative
What more then
Our beautiful angel
Queen of actresses
Teenage sensation
Wonder Woman
None other than whom?
As you like it!

So cool! What a great poem. I love your metaphors and the form you've chosen. I'm sure she will treasure this word picture of her that you've painted.

Wonderful! It seems an analysis of all the laudable things in that queen of actresses.
