At Peace
When I am at peace.
When I feel my heart beat.
When my eyes are closed tight.
When I hear the silence of the night.
My breath is calm and controlled.
My body is light like snow.
My hands are warm and kind.
My intentions are benine.
I no longer feel tensions.
I can let my problems subside.
I am not focusing on the conflict.
I have peace on my side.
