Pursuing and expressing
My heart's desire
Honors my love,
Passion and beauty
That is worth waiting,
Courting or crusading for.

What I lack in external means,
Qualification or ability
I make up for with
Honestly dedicated heart.
I am not a victim
So I need not be rescued.

I am empowered
By patience and self-worth
And consider that
My reward is emotional
Availability and devotion
To Compassionate Beloved.
