It's about the folk under your watch.
Watch them and see the fruits of your labor.
Bright and vibrant or foul, dark toilet matter brown.
Own it.
Productivity via your influence that makes a mule move and a donkey swift despite trying to withhold good from you yes.
Leadership is not status.
Some can obtain promotion and make you question your status yes.
Security comes from taking care of people.
For what leader rests well when they knowingly neglect people?
Should they even?
Check yourself leaders.
