Autumn Leaves Still Fall Poem by Damian Leonard

Autumn Leaves Still Fall

Autumn leaves still fall
Trees remain tall

Mountains still stand
Life grows across the land

Warm wind still blows
The sun still glows

Small children still run
Chores still get done

But how?
The world should have stopped.
When your life ended, mine did too.
Yet Autumn leaves still fall.
