Awry

Late at night, I'm all alone,
Shadows dancing on the wall.
Such scenes play out before me
As I contemplate my fall.
How could a life of promise
Go so terribly awry?
Can't think about it too much,
Or I'll surely start to cry.

I do hope life settles for you soon JS! A very saddening write. I suppose we all feel like this at some time, but life is what it is and hope is alway just around the corner....smiling at you, Tai
