B.E.C.E. Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

B.E.C.E.

The Headmaster wrote the exams (B.E.C.E.) for the young lady!
And like roasting his meat and eating it full;
But to the watery deep he was caught by the law.
This was like the labour of Egypt and the merchandise of Ethiopia,
But the Headmaster wrote the exams (B.E.C.E.) for this young lady!
And he was caught by the law at long last.
