Baby Face Poem by Terrie L. Grogg

Baby Face

Rating: 4.8

I've read many headlines, and I see
new labels; songs like Baby Face
are still my favorite.
Helpful, kind, and gentle, the elderly
voice of America. Let me be a valuable part of our
work force, or a department store greeter.
Persevering in electronic crowds of
sounds and gadgets. Presently, the needy tread and march
the famed and framed city halls.
What many years before were built
on solid foundations; that we can
only now imagine and wonder how?
