Back To Square One Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Back To Square One

Rating: 5.0

Cry not at the end time
As you may not even find time
To think or remember almighty
So love the life as beauty

So far you were advocate
At every occasion you indicated
About utility of life and journey
Now you are afraid of losing it with pity

Health may have been the problem
But there should not make any change or turn
It has to go back to original clay form
Where you will feel at home and warm

It was some mission
That you fulfilled with emission or omission
Now is the real time to pack
The car needs no support or jack

Yes time to say good bye smilingly
As we shall be back to the fold of almighty
No leniency to any one at any time
It is really back to square one with original time

Wonderful reflections of a man who is on the verge of leaving this world and preparing for his journey to the next. Nice poem, Hasmukh ji.
