Back To The Mojave
I'm going back for a little while,
Back to my desert sands.
In a few months I'll be like a child,
Once I see the arid lands.
Oh to once again visit the place,
Where I left my heart so long ago.
There's now a smile upon my face,
Just to know that it is so.
Back in the Mojave, If God lets me,
Is where I aim to roam.
Once more my mountains I'll get to see,
Back in my second home.
