Baking Gol A, Bki - Poem by bill costley

Remembering baking,
I'm back with my Polish matka
baking goł a, bki
(go-womb-ki = pidgeons)

multi-meat & rice burgers
wrapt in boiled cabbage-leaves,
arranged in rows in a turkey-baker
in our gas oven.
