Battle Of Shadows Poem by Siddharth Shah

Battle Of Shadows

I ll meet you after the rain stops burning my pyre
All my life I was waiting for the train that I miss
Every step I come closer to my pain than peace
This is the game of lies I played fooling you sis
I lost you in the battle of shadows by the meadows

You hit alot of pressure that crushed me whole
Down there resides a heart still spfter to cut the stone
People are joking about the dark side feeding their soul
But your home resides beyond these upcomings of time
I lost you in the battle of shadows by the meadows

The smell of morning weather is shining the ground
Men of all decent are raising their blood bound
Killing for a living was last way out as brain sounds
Till last breath I sought for you before all doors closed
That's when I fought the battle of shadows by the meadows

Winner takes all the pride marching to his palace
Knowing even though money ain't got price but solace/craze
Power, greed and misery has occupied restricted zone
There was no place to hide, beyond these windows
That's when I fought the battle of shadows by the meadows

I lost you in the battle of shadows by the meadows
Darkness surrounded all the light emitting souls
Thats when I fought the battle of shadows by the meadows
Nothing could thought that knocked out your ego/echo
I lost you in the battle of shadows by the meadows
