Be Mindful
You try working in any place,
Your mind has to be at peace.
You want to focus on an activity,
Your worries have to fall in empty.
You don't think of how tired you are,
You don't think of anything at all.
You pay attention to your experience,
By working with awakens and awareness.
You have to be free from the future and the past,
Instead of letting your accomplishments pass.
Yourself is engaged fully in the now,
To live this magic moment in the flow.
If you will experience this state,
You will perform at your best.
Working in present always help you to achieve more and you nailed it in your poem, Thanks for sharing such a wonderful poem.

When at work, one should get fully immersed in the task before him. Only if he is able to forget his worries and vexations and focus fully on the task, it will become perfect!
