On the barren bosom
Wrought dark, unhindered
Thirst as in desert, desire is oasis
Upon the melodious nothingness,
Ecstatic, whirling, commotions
Winds weave through me,
On the cross, ye take your stones back
Such is agony of self, such is anguish.
Be the unseen rain
Be the blissful union,
Be a tavern’s evening, a sleepless night
Be a new dawn, a sunshine.
