Beauty And Truth Poem by Varanasi Ramabrahmam

Beauty And Truth

Rating: 5.0

I admire
Beauty and Truth
In veiled state;
Though
More revealing,
Can bareness
Charm
As enchantingly
And lastingly?

Though poetry is in the obfuscation, it is only to emphasize the bareness to be searched for and, by the way of power gained through search, apprehended. I want the barest, clearest, in everything, truth, beauty, relationships, you name it.

This is a universal truth spoken with so much economy of words.....beauty is beautiful when concealed.....it is charming and sometimes truth also needs to be veiled...not thrown in the face.....nor flaunted.....its beautiful....subtle......makes one ponder and think.

Wonderful reflective poem about aesthetism. The covered beauty has a certain power to stimulate imagination and curiosity.Maybe you need the ideal of beauty. 10/10
