i dont understand why hes always so mad
i dont understand why we cant get along
hes here for me through good times and bad
but it doesnt make sense on where we belong

he says he cant trust me
he says he doesnt care
i try to make things better
but he is not aware

i love him so much
i really do
sometimes i hate him
and i think he does too

i wish upon a star
that we would never fight
but its gone to far
its in plain sight

we threaten and we scowl
we yell and we hit
we throw out words so fowl
we throw out all our fits

he has a temper short of inches
i have a mouth that can kill
he has eyes that shoot out daggers
i have eyes that tears will fill

hes the joy of my life
no matter how bad it gets
ill love him forever on
on my heart he'll always sit.
