Because Of You
I didn't know what was lacking in my life, till I found you
You broke into my time and space and rescued me from my pain.
I didn't know what love is, till you showed me the way
I no longer dwell in solitary confinement and you freed me from all my fears.
You taught me about exultation when you kissed my lips
You taught me completeness when I joined you in your serenity
You taught me the power of your love's perfection with your unwavering
belief in me.
My heart is lifted, my spirit soars because of you.
Delightful! This is not sentimentality, this is simple, joyful celebration of a beautiful love. Oh, to be on the receiving end of such open honesty!
