Close your eyes
Just release your sighs
Take a deep breath
Breathe, one, two and three
Say, I am relaxing
I am relaxing and again
Breathe again,
Just observe the air going in
And the air going out
Look at the source of breath
Near your heart
There is the ocean
The waves coming up
You breathe in
Waves going down
You breathe out
Keep observing this
Fountain of breathing in an out
See it, feel and concentrate
You are nearing God
You are nearing your Self
You are becoming your soul
You are becoming the God
Be not skeptical of what I say
Read Ch 7 Verse 205 of the Holy Koran
It is the truth revealed in all Vedas
It is the Kingdom of God in you
Seize the truth, realize and experience it
