Each one may have a special pattern of going to sleep! Some may pore over a book, some may watch a T.V programme, some, vacantly look into the dark, the prudent ones may plan for the next day and some may turn and toss in bed! Strange and varied are the ways of men! A delightful read!

I'm an insomniac David, so I just lie there, trying to compose poems - but not always achieving. Good one.
