The bed time has come sleep sleep sleep;
the inner spirit is calling sleep sleep sleep;
The peace of mind is glowing sleep sleep sleep
oh what a wonderful night full of darkness;
to wake me full of brightness.

sleeping is most important because during the bed time we will sleep peacefully without any disturbance.its like meditation relaxation of mind. nice
