Before



Before the sun rise
Before I open my eyes
Thoughts of you
Were already on my mind

Before I go work
I do ask the Lord
To whisper at you
I still love you

Before the day ends
My hope never ends
That one day you’ll be back
And there’ll be no turning back

And before I go to bed
You’re still on my head
While wishing that in my dreams
We’ll be together just like before
