Behind The Walls Poem by Rachel Dowd

Behind The Walls

Rating: 5.0

Behind the walls of seclusion
I bow my head and pray
please end this pain
and take me away

I no longer wish to struggle
I no longer wish to stay
To you Lord, I pray
please, oh please, take me away

Behind the walls of seclusion
I bow my head and pray
Please silence the voices in my head
to you Good Lor I pray

Please make the screaming stop
make the violence end
to you Lord, I pray
please make my mind mend

Behind the walls of seclusion
I bow my head and pray
because every day is gray
Please Lord, I beg to be taken away
