Betten'N Battered Poem by Sandra Wiebe

Betten'N Battered

My tears run down unhidden
From all the times you had hit me
But most of all you don’t
Remember, but I do, I remember every time
You hit me, kicked me, gave me burses,
Screamed at me, but the thing is I pity the next
Girl you find, will she end up like me
Batten, battered, lying here on the ground, wishing
That I didn’t fall for you’re looks.

You have a lot of love to give and if that person could not respect you, they never desered you or your amazing talent.

Yeah, it's never wise to fall for someone because of how they look. The short version of it is...When you fall for someone who looks good and knows that people think they look good, they use that to go from person to person when they become 'bored' with their previous relationship. I know lots of girls want a 'hot guy' but if they don't get their head out of the clouds most will end up alone and hearbroken.
