Bikers Creed By: Lightman George Garrett Anastasia

Biker's Creed
Flying too damn low
In the midst of my tripping
I stop to give you a ride
Jump up here baby On my super glide
You won't fall in love You can't go that far
But duck your head down woman
Or you'll bang it on a star
How can such a rush Become such a sin
When I hear my name calling
In the howling wind
It's time I hit the road It's time that I must go
I am not riding too fast
I am flying too damn low
When all the love is drained From your cold, cold heart
And no matter how much you try
You just can't play that part
You tried, tried one more time again
Finally you realize
Love has come to an end
You look around to find
Another special taste
But all you find is part time love
And it has no face
How can such a rush Become such a sin

And I hear my name calling
In the howling wind
It's time I hit the road It's time that I must go
I am not riding too fast
I am flying too damn low
When you're the piece of the puzzle
That just doesn't fit
You're running against the wind
And don't know how to quit
And when all your brothers
Each day, are falling one by one
And now it's only you
On that bloody run
How can such a rush Become such a sin
And I hear my name calling
In the howling wind
It's time I hit the road It's time that I must go
I am not riding too fast I am flying too damn low
And all the highs
You've ever known
Only bring you down
And you want to hold someone
But there's no one around
And in that mighty castle
Fire passion you used to hold

And now the rooms are empty
And turning frigid cold
All the love you once knew
Has turned to bitter hate
As you and Jack Daniels
Chalk it up to fate
How can such a rush Become such a sin
When I hear my name calling
in the howling wind
It's time I hit the road it's time that I must go
I am not riding too fast
I am flying too damn low
Traveling through infinity I won't run out of space
When the sun comes up tomorrow
I'll eat another taste
And when my mind gets tired
I'll stop to rest my head
And hope to find some fire
burning in my bed
In the early morning
around about first light
Time to get it on
you know I travel light
How can such a rush become such a sin
When I hear my name calling
in the howling wind

It's time I hit the road it's time that I must go
I am not riding too fast
I am flying too damn low
Burning across the desert
See the rainbow shine
aint it kind of funny?
It matches the colors in my mind
But I will follow it To find that pot of gold
You know I must stop
Because this run is getting old
How can such a rush Become such a sin
When I hear my name calling
In the howling wind
It's time I hit the road It's time that I must go
I am not riding too fast
I am flying too damn low

A brilliant poem that moves swiftly along taking you with it, the chorus is adds a special flavour and gives the whole poem a third dimension. Loved it

Has a nomadic flavor of just moving along.
