Bird Poem by Anas Khan

I am a bird, wild and free,
I'll soar where my heart desires to be.

With every beat of my wings,
I feel the wind as it sings.

I dance with the sky, what a joy it brings,
My soul soars with each flap of my wings.

The air currents lift me with grace,
As I soar in this wondrous space.

My spirit soars like a bird in flight,
As I revel in this freedom of might.

With my spirit, I am never caged,
I am always free, unbound, and aged.
