    This is a beautifully tender poem, Allie, recalling one of life's fond memories wonderfully well. What I liked about it was your common sense approach, vividly recalling finding a similar birthday card from your father to your mother and noting the probability that this card too, like the earlier one, would be found by your children or grandchildren.
