Bitter Hearts
Bitter hearts
Compromise minds
Leading me astray
My morality in question
To cause the ultimate infliction
Upon a bitter heart
Hoping to stay away
From the compromising minds
That may cause a, bitter heart
My Mother used to always tell me...Never compromise yourself....you have too much value. A lesson hard to learn, still learning from time to time. Best to let the bitterness dissolve...a heart has little room to keep it, and beats better without it. Wonderful write. PEACE
