Bittersweet



Bittersweet strawberries
Stain my mouth
Taint my mouth
With blood-red filth
Acid etches painfully
Irreversible words
Into my eosophagus
Down to the shadows
Of my bloated belly
Crocodile tears
Snap at my face
Snap me into a stupor
Blood shot eyes
Are my disguise
Yet give away me secret
