Black Petals
A petal as black as night can be
In it's petals nothing you'll see
With thorns sharp,
Your blood melds with the land
The pain of love
Is now known to man
(one of my earlier poems written in my 1st year of poetry)
so many meanings may be pulled out of this. very inspiring
