Black Wax Poem by Najib Altawell

Black Wax

Rating: 5.0

The gentle flame
Of your candle
On a ‘black’ wax
Took me away
On a single ray

Via a veiled
Wall
Your soft voice
Your subtle breath
Your moving lips
Brought me
Back to
Another track
To face the yellow
Of unknown hallow
Piercing a corner
In
A semi darkness
Of
A dying
Night
