Blame It On The Boogie Poem by Merci Merc

Blame It On The Boogie

You can't hide the truth...
Words tend to soothe
Anything I do
I'm mindful
That it would behoove me and you
To take it nice and smooth
Touch my mind and I will think of you
Touch my heart and i will never forget you.
I suggest we make a date to decompress
And you can allow me to alleviate all of your stress
Let all of your problems off of your chest
Let's see if Daddy can handle the debt
Or at least re-figure the mess
When you know better you do better
Any endeavor shared can be planned together
We can be friends
I'll show you new things
You can sleep over
I'll give you the breakfast of champions.
It maybe hard at first to get into the swing of things
but that's a small price when you see how much joy it brings
it might make you want to holler, it might make you want to sing
Cherishing the day ever since Sade convince me my LOVE IS KING
Set a time where the setting has no interruptions
Uncle Snoop warned us of those sensual eruptions
I got the amazing treatment for your discovery
You know the super grow enriched with the Vitamin E
Only clue I'm giving you is best of me
Written by Mya and Jay Z
Or in between the sheets by Ronald Isley
Or Mind Sex by Dead Prez
But, my ambitions as a rider like Tupac Amaru Shakur
Tell me how you want it
Holler at me...
Whether the sunshine
The moon light
The good times,
Or the boogie.
