Blank Page Poem by Danusha Marie

Blank Page

Empty
Like hallowed ground
A vessel
With no echo of sound

Twisting
Tortured free falling
A thought
An unrequited calling

Tired
Threadbare silent thunder
Shapeless
Trapped in worthless wonder

Burdened
Committing a crime
Unproductive
Through passing of time

Crumpled
A discarded flower
Useless
Attempts have no power

Poet
Witty creative Prose
Speechless
The blank page shows
