Blanket Of Sorrow Poem by TerryLee Holcomb

Blanket Of Sorrow

by Silvertung69

Destiny hark-ins unto my past,
telling me ware i have been.
Feeling this loneliness,
deep in my heart,
Bringing death closer within.

The blanket of sorrows comforting silence,
surrounding my world i must leave.
Can anyone hear me?
Do you not care?
or do all of your sorrows just bleed.

This Blanket of sorrow makes me feel whole.
My Blanket of sorrow covers this soul.
The Blanket of sorrow comforts the heart.
Blanket of sorrow I begins a new start,

Spiraling downward,
the future looks bleak.
Nobody sees of that which is in me.
Answers to questions
remain so elusive.
Praying to god of all kinds,

Porcelain,
Groups.
Doorknobs & spoons.
even a few pipes and lines.
It's a Culture addiction with
this life I've been living
my lifes a flash in a pan of this world.
