If there is a word
stronger than sorry
I don't know it
excuses my vocabulary

Frankly
it wouldn't matter
because no word
would cover it

What I did was wrong
what I did after was worse
I hurt you
and that hurt me

I lied
let you think
it was your fault
for knowing the truth

Even if you never forgive me
never let me in again
I will never stop being sorry
never stop hurting for hurting you

I ask for another chance
I don't deserve one
I shouldn't get one
but I have to ask

I don't know if you'll ever know
just how sorry I am
but one thing you should know
is how much hurting you....

Makes my heart bleed.
