Blessing Before Eating
God who indwells all beings
thank You for these gifts of
tree, vine and berrybush.
As You have turned light
into this gold squash,
these green peas,
red tomato and jade and
yellow avocado,
thank You that you will
turn these holy foods
in our bodies back
into energy's light.
