Blessings rain upon your soul
Cause life can surely take a toll
With things it throws at you every day
Peaceful thoughts I send your way

Life can really be a bitch
I know at times you want to switch
Switch places with someone elses life
But other peoples lives are filled with strife

Take each day as it comes to you
Filling it up with all you do
Take each day one at a time
So that you can say this day is mine

Peace will come upon your soul
Then life won't take its toll
Managing each days jobs so they don't overwhelm
Because you've finally taken the helm.
