Her thumb touched the space

Her wedding ring used to be

A useless feat


It had been four years

Since she had her wedding day

He left in May


Her friend set it up

With some man from a resort

A blind date of sorts


He walked through the door

With the face of an angel

Sat down at the table


She fell in love fast
