A classic, inspiring and motivating composition on living life gracefully post retirement. The title is so very significant here.

    God's gift of hundred years
To be lived in peace without tears
In serenity and dignity all the way
Relax, reflect, recapture in a sweet sway!

Such profound words... I'll keep them in mind always. (Report) Reply

a sound advice...the two lines commencing 'sick in person...' are the key players in this retirement game! (Report) Reply

After
by Robert Browning

Take the cloak from his face, and at first
Let the corpse do its worst!

How he lies in his rights of a man!
Death has done all death can.
