Bni Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Bni

Many people in wheelchairs, lining the walls,
bodies splinted, casted or taped, holding their
pain in check.
Painstakingly waiting for therapy: speech,
occupational, physical.
Enduring whatever they must to get stronger and
better to live life through.
Helping, pushing, cajoling patients through
recovery, are the people we caringly call BNI
nurses.
