Bones Poem by RyuOh Kenshin

Bones

Rating: 5.0

Inspired By the Book ''Lovely Bones'' (For Summer Reading)

Her bones deep inside the ground
that was never suppose to be found,
Her life was taken instantly by a man she barely didn't even know

He hid his face in the shadows,
Like she was the prey and he was the predator,
Her soul aches as she watches from the eye of heaven

As her family carries their sorrow and suffering,
Suffering to see her in their dreams,
But wake up knowing she won't be right beside them,
Suffering to see a little boy watching the reflection of an illusionist spirit of his sister,

All you can do is hear her whispering in the air with the other dead souls as they pass like the wind,
Even though her killer was shot and dead,
But still leaves a little rejoice when parts of her soul still lies in the bones that was never suppose to be found

Beautiful. you've really capture the emotion of losing someone, but at the same time making it gloomily beautiful and poetic. a definate 10!
