If I told you I missed you,
would you push me out of your life?
If I told you I loved you,
would you laugh at me and feel right?
If I told you I wished you
were here by my side,
would you break my heart
and leave me alone tonight?

I looked at our pictures
and I started thinking
if we can be just friends,
then we can be anything.

We could be together forever.
I promise you I'll never say never.
And I got out my phone
and thought for a moment.
Wondered, 'What will you say
to this strange proposal? '
