Broken Poem by Kayla Jo Trimble

The feelings that I hold so deeply inside,
Still make me want to cry.
I can't daydream about you forever,
So maybe without you is something better.

Alone I try to hide,
All the pain you put me through in inside
At the moment I could care less,
Because I know that without will be best.

My heart is sunken,
And I feel forgoton.
Like I've been broken
And now I'm regreting the fact that we haven't spoken.

I was lied to,
Oh how I wish I would've knew.
You hurt me so bad,
And now it's time for me to get mad.

What I'm about to do,
May be a little crude.
But for the horrible way you made me feel,
I now know that your heart is something I no longer want to steal.

You left me broken,
So now it's time that I'd goin.
I no longer trust a single person,
Because I know my luck can easily worsen.
