Broken Poem by Andre Brown

When a man loves a woman he sacrifices himself,
to prove his love to his new found love,
so that she may see his innocence,
his mind is set free,
his spirit lifted higher,
for she is his hearts burning desire,
and should she accept him,
an angel will come down and bless him,
and the love that now possesses him,
cleanses that which is left of him,
leaving behind only the best of him,
inviting her love to come in,
and dwell in his heart forever.
