'Broken Hearts' Poem by Mohd Azam

a lovely pair on the way,
got stuck while they sway.
ruthless rules and regulations of life,
stopped her from being his wife.
status and religion a pinching barrier,
kept them away and no one hear.
sweetest relation kept on dart,
can't do anything, ah! two broken heart.
reality of life they have to face,
parents knows better how to trace.
they stops but stops for better,
though their decision looks bitter.
they are important who cared so long,
they shouldn't hurt doing something wrong.
days would be passing without a real smile,
how can they? now they are far a mile.
oh! on her way, got only father against,
dream broke of beautiful nest.
