Broken Hearts On Valentine's Poem by Jojoba Mansell

Broken Hearts On Valentine's

If your world is full of roses,
awash in chocolates sweet.
Spare a thought for those alone,
no loved ones there to treat.

The ones who sit alone and sob,
as lovers stroll hand in hand.
They stare doe eyed as lovers pass,
their own love-life not so grand.

While your dreams are all around,
you float, walking on air.
Spare a thought for broken hearts,
on Valentine's, show you care.
