Broken Homes? Poem by Avery Eglantine

Broken Homes?

'Broken families ain't true'
They said twas non-existent.
Broken homes, are there?
To mine heart the pain's consistent!

You spend a part of life there
and the other half in here
then spend the rest wondering where
My home, my place - if it is near

Even absurdism has not succeed!
Fantasy? 'twas sabotaged by reality!
To merge two worlds' quite a bleed

My mind t'ad corrupted slowly.Insanity!
That yes! I thought 'twas a dream come true
But I just shifted and the parts I threw
As soon as I turn back to see, my hand grip loose of reality!

I dreamed of saying 'I'm home Mom, Dad! ' one day.
But it's impossible, it's just too late!
I have no time to wait...
